Fly out Friday 25h June 2009 RyanAir Stanstead to Krakow 06.15 Flight No 2432 lands at 9.35am and returns on Monday 28th June at 21.50 Flight No 2437 landing at Stanstead at 23.20 all flights have to be booked by yourselves on www.ryanair.com ASAP and confirm to Marcel once you have booked
your flight so hotel reservation can be made in your name.
Alternatively book flights EasyJet from Luton 8.45am on Friday 25th June that will get you to Krakow in time for full programme although you will have to extend trip to Tuesday 29th June leaving Krakow on EasyJet 13.00 flight.

Itinerary:
Friday 25th June 2010 11.00am When our group has a 2.5 hour walking tour of the Jewish quarter Kazimierz including Szeroka Square - visiting museums, 7 shuls and cemeteries. The tour incorporates the newly rebuilt Kupa, Remuh, Temple and Isaac High Popper & Temple Synagouges and is entitled in the footsteps of the Balaban which will show you ‘HOW JEWS LIVED in Krakow for over 700 years’ and why it was called the ‘Galician Jerusalem’ 8.30pm Kabbalah Shabbos at Temple shule followed by meal at the Eden Hotel.
Shabbos 26th June 2010 9.00am Shabbos at the Temple Shule with famous Chazonim Ben Zion-Miller Moshe Schulloff, Yaakov Lemmer & Emil Zrihann with the Neimah Singers choir followed by 12.30pm Shabbat meal at the Eden Hotel followed by afternoon walk 2.30pm across Wisla river to wartime ghetto visiting heroes square Chemist under eagle museum and Shindlers factory 8.30pm Mincha & Maariv at the Remuh shule followed by Melava Malka at the Temple Shule till late.
Sunday 27th June 2010 Shaharith at the Eden Hotel lounge 7am followed by breakfast 8.30am Coach leaves for Auschwitz-Birkenau which arrives approx 9.45am and will spend approximately 4.5 hours there with guide. We will conclude with Minchah & Kinnah for the victims of the Shoah and a memorial prayer for the Martyrs concluded by rams horn at the end of the railway track in Birkenau where the crematoriums were. Following Auschwitz-Birkenau we will visit new museum and Holocaust Centre in the nearby town of Oswiecim [see their interesting website on www.ajcf.org with reconstructed Synagogue and relaxing in their conference room where we will watch a holocaust related film.

Monday 28th June 2009 8.30 am coach leaves for Santz where Jews lived since 1469 and we will visit cemetery and ohel of Chaim Halberstam and see the Grosdka and Beys Nusn shule the latter the only functioning Chasidic synagogue left in Poland. We will tour around the town, pointing out where ghetto was during the war. We will then visit the famous Chasidic town of Bobova to visit a typical Polish wooden shule where we will daven mincha before climbing a picturesque polish countryside hill to visit the cemetery and the ohel of Tzadik Shlomo Halberstam. Finally we will visit the town of Tarnov which had a Jewish population of nearly 50% with 41 synagogues and see the remaining Bimah of its great Synagogue, before visiting memorials to the shoah of its inhabitants and its cemetery. We then Return to Krakow via airport for those returning on evening flight.

After Flight cost the hotel charges per double with breakfast approx £64 single £53 per night to be paid with kosher food approx £50pp paid to the Eden Hotel once you are there. In addition must be added the cost for coach, guides, donations and museum entries divided by the final numbers on the trip and based on a full coach this will be about £100pp.

This is a land package only – you must book your own flights – To reserve a place a deposit is payable of £75 per person - send a cheque to Jewish Heritage Tours to 24, Belmont Circle Harrow Middlesex HA3 8RF – refundable only if cancelled a full calendar month before departure. You must pay Hotel bill as soon as possible after you arrive together with your kosher food.
